As an example, in 1992, we recognized that the SEC's EDGAR system would have a profound impact to corporations, mutual funds and law firms by requiring them to file electronically rather than in hardcopy. We founded Document Technologies (dTech) to develop software that would facilitate the conversion and filing of EDGAR documents. dTech's software, EDGAR Ease, quickly became the leading EDGAR conversion software and continues to be involved in a majority of corporate EDGAR filings.
Inclusive and management sold dTech to CCH / Wolters Kluwer in 2001.
